Microsoft 365 is a cluster of web hosted applications like Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, OneNote and a series of other collaboration applications along with Skype, Yammer and OneDrive.
We have aided one of our clients in the Migration from IBM Lotus to Microsoft 365 Exchange Platform. We closed the deal through regular discussions and by providing a realistic and best possible approach to the project. Migrating from IBM Platform Involved understanding of the Source Server and Involvement of certain third party tools, which were required to perform mail migration. Understanding the behaviour and response of the third party tools were also a key part of the implementation, as there are ample number of applications available, and to choose the best from those, is also important.
Right from the start, we knew that the Migration will be the toughest challenge since IMAP server response is not appropriate for IBM verse. On the First Meeting, we gave a clear view regarding the same to the client. We continuously studied the Tools features and application part to provide a smooth migration.There are many small but crucial settings in the tool that we have used for the Migration. We have done server to server migration with the Email Backup Wizard tool and Notes NSF local file to Office 365 with the help of transcend tool. We have continuously connected with the IT team of the client and educated them about the tools.

SharePoint is a web-based collaborative platform where people within the organisation can share and collaborate. Microsoft launched SharePoint in 2001. It is primarily sold as a document management and storage system, but the product can be configured as per the requirement of organizations.
Microsoft Teams was introduced on 14th March 2017 and is a very good platform which keeps you connected. It comes with features of workplace chat, video meetings, file storage (including collaboration on files), and application integration. The meeting can be scheduled from Teams and people within the organisation as well as outside the organisation can be added. Microsoft Teams is the evolution and upgrade path from Microsoft Skype for Business.
Yammer is an enterprise form of social networking service used for private communication within organizations and access to a Yammer network is determined by a user's Internet domain so that only individuals with a domain email address may join their respective networks.
For the clients who are not ready for the cloud, Office 2019 is the latest version of the On-premises version of the Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project and more.
